Customer Service Administrator
This is a crucial role in our Customer Service Department which will involve providing assistance to our existing customers as well as new customers, liaising with Field Service Engineers. You should be confident and able to react quickly to problems, you will be the first point of contact our customers have with us, and so a professional manner, great personality and sense of humour are vital. Experience in the waste industry would be preferable.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, attention to detail and a willingness to learn is a must. Technical/mechanical knowledge of our products will be provided.
The position has a range of responsibilities which cover Consumables, Service, Sales and other general duties.
