ACM has a proven ability to deliver and install quality products to given time scales, which is enhanced by our close relationships with our clients.

All equipment is delivered by qualified ACM approved drivers and
hi-ab operators. Installation is then carried out by our specialist engineers in accordance with our standard procedures and Quality and Business Processes Manual.

ACM provide full staff training for all equipment supplied and operational procedures at the time of installation. All operators undertaking the training are issued with an official ACM certificate to certify their competence.

All equipment training is conducted in accordance with the Company's comprehensive training programme:

• Description/Overview of Equipment (including specification)
• Safe operation and use of equipment by trained operator
• Safe operation and use of equipment by trainee
• Basic fault finding/maintenance
• Questions and Answers session
• Sign off to confirm completion of training

ACM recommend that all operators likely to use the equipment, whether on a continual or adhoc basis should attend the training course.

In addition to equipment training, ACM also provide training in all areas of waste handling. Our range of talks and presentations cover several topics including waste management legislation, recycling and landfill tax.
