To provide seamless, confidential, high level, proactive & professional support to the Sales Support Manager, Sales Support Co-ordinator, Environmental Sales Consultants, Account Management Team, Franchisees and Key Suppliers

Responsibilities:

  • To be proactive in all areas of sales support to the Sales Support Manager, Sales Support Co-ordinator, Account Management Team, Environmental Sales Consultants, Franchisees and Key Suppliers
  • Ensure that Sales Order Packs are processed efficiently in a timely manner in compliance with the Sales Order Process
  • To act as a main point of contact for the Sales Teams, Environmental Sales Consultants, Franchisees for administration and support purposes
  • Perform Credit Checks on behalf of the Environmental Sales Consultants & Account Management Team, Franchisees
  • Prepare proposals on behalf of the Environmental Sales Consultants, Account Management Team & Franchisees.
  • Maintain pipeline to track all proposals delivered, status of activity and source of opportunity
  • Upload and maintain information to CRM system, and support the implementation of any applicable new Business Information Systems as they are introduced
  • Maintain spreadsheets/databases to assist in the tracking of sales prospects
  • Maintain customer relations by actioning and responding to queries and enquiries received by post, email, telephone, and company website
  • Maintain CRM, spreadsheets, presentations, and other department documentation as and when required
  • Collating data and information for ongoing Sales reports
  • Ensure all key templates and document templates are kept current and available to all Sales staff and Franchisees
  • Chair Mobilisation Meetings and distribute minutes

Key Skills Required

  • General administration experience preferred and/or good standard of education to A level.
  • Skilled and confident communicator
  • Excellent communication skills written, face to face and telephone
  • Ability to adapt and deal with difficult, confidential situations professionally and considerately
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with the ability to work with on own initiative
  • Planning & organising – able to think ahead in order to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action. Prioritise and plan activities taking into account the relevant issues and factors such as deadlines and resources
  • Minimum intermediate user of Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience of working with CRM databases, eg. SalesForce, MS Dynamics an advantage
