Response to COVID-19

As the UK enters a challenging period with a focus on slowing down the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to write to you with reassurance about ACM’s preparation for what lies ahead. It is currently very much business as usual – the phones will be answered to service your account as normal.

ACM has an established Business Continuity Process (BCP) and we have already put in place several proactive and preventative measures as part of a specific COVID-19 continuity approach. These measures include:

–  Regular deep cleans of our office locations and increased availability of hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes for all employees

–  Awareness posters on all building entrances and throughout the office for visitors and colleagues

–  Continuous communication to employees with the latest government guidance

–  Prior checks with all visitors to our offices to determine risk of exposure to the virus

–  Use of video conferencing for meetings

We are also working very closely with our supply chain, who have been extremely responsive, and we will notify customers where anything is affected. We are committed to working with our customers on any specific instructions and will do our best to put these in place with our supply chain as quickly as possible. I am sure you can appreciate there is a lot of information to process at the moment.

Our thoughts go out to anyone who has been affected by the virus, and our overriding aim is to provide continuity to our customers and safeguard our employees during this difficult time. The situation is, of course, changing rapidly so our management team is meeting daily to monitor developments and respond accordingly.
